Get to Ampang Jaya using the new Sungai Besi Highway to MRR2 or
AKLEH. Exit to Jalan Kolam Air Lama next to Petronas station. Go
straight past the International School all the way to Kelab Darul Eshan
(KDE ). When you pass the Guard House turn right and park near the shed which is for the beer man should it rain.
Shower
facilities are available at the far end of the swimming pool but you
have to bring your own towel. Please do not use the pool. Walkers may follow triangular paper that will appear half way up the trail. The runners run will be a medium run. On on will be announced at the run site.
